For many years I have used BGInfo as a tool for IT-Supporters to get the IP address of the PC, which is important when you want to remote control a machine. PCInfo introduces many new on-line functionalities. -> On-Line IP-Address. -> On-Line repports on local/network, printers drives, memory, machine model etc. -> On-line overview of network health. -> One-Click helpdesk mail, with a detailed machine report attached. -> Central administration. -> Pleasant look, and it dont take much space on the screen. -> Silent installation for quick deployment. Supporters can in some cases begin troubleshooting before contacting the user. IP is easily obtained, either from the report, or just by asking the user. This program saves time, and gives the user a and supporter prime experience.
