Phaedra Password Manager (Phaedra) License of use This license is a compulsory binding agreement between the purchaser (defined further as "you", the "customer") and Steve Harris. (defined further as "we", "us"). This agreement will take power at the moment you load our product "Phaedra" (defined further as "program", "software") onto your computer. Phaedra is distributed as shareware. This means: 1. All copyrights to Phaedra are exclusively owned by Steve Harris. 2. You may try this software for an unlimited amount of time. If you decide to upgrade Phaedra you must register it. This means, that you must buy a single or multiuser license. It is strongly recommended to register Phaedra as soon as you find out that the program suits your needs as the program only allows a maximum of 5 passwords. 3. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use Phaedra on one computer (i.e. a single cpu) for any legal purpose, at any time. If the user has purchased a multiuser license, he/she will be granted a non-exclusive right to use it on the number of computers specified in the purchase order. 4. The Phaedra unregistered shareware version, may be freely distributed, provided the distribution package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of Phaedra without written permission from the copyright holder. 5. This program is provided to you "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind whether explicit or implied. We shall be held harmless in any event and with any performance of the software.
