END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR PHONETRAY DIALUP IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Traysoft, Inc. for the product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End-User License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT; you may however, return it to your place of purchase for a full refund. License. 1. Authorised use. Under the terms of this license you may: 1.1. Use the unregistered software on any number of computers at any one time; and 1.2. Copy and distribute verbatim copies of the unregistered PhoneTray Dialup shareware distribution as you receive it, in any medium, provided that you do not modify it in any fashion, keep intact all the notices that refer to this license and to the absence of any warranty, and do not pass on any user registration details which you have received. Past this period of evaluation, you must either purchase a license or delete the unregistered software from all computers. 2. Restrictions. You shall not: 2.1. Use, copy, modify, translate or merge the software except as provided in this agreement; 2.2. Reverse-engineer, dissemble, or decompile the software; 2.3. Sublicense, rent, lease, or assign any portion of the software; 2.4. Transfer the Software to any other party except as provided for in section 1.2; or 2.5. Transfer registration details to any other party without the express permission of Traysoft, Inc. in writing. 3. Copyright. The Software is owned by Traysoft Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright laws and international treaty provisions. You shall treat the software like any copyrighted material. 4. Limited Warranty. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS."
