Photo Stamper is a powerful tool that allows you to browse, download, view (full screen slide show), manage, edit and master photos. It is designed to work with .JPG and .JPEG files. Photo Stamper has the unique ability to preserve the quality of the pictures and also to stamp a text to any of the picture's corners. In addition to the free text, there are many other things that can be stamped like the date and time the picture was taken, the title, description, copyright, etc. It is also very helpful in selecting photos when you plan to order prints because it has another unique mastering feature where you can prepare all the photos you will order in a separate folder or media, without changing the original files. Then you can use that folder to order prints on-line or you can bring the media with you to a department store. Photo Stamper also can rotate, flip, crop, resize, adjust brightness/colors, remove red eyes, etc. It also can insert/update copyright information, description, title and GPS location within the picture based on Exif standards. The tool uses the GPS information within the picture to locate where the picture was taken or to stamp the location on the picture.

END-USER SHAREWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT This is a legal agreement between you, the "end user," and Arman Laleyan (ArmanSoft) ("the author"). By installing and using Photo Stamper ("the software"), you agree to this Shareware License Agreement. If you don't agree to all statements in the Agreement, please do NOT use the Software. COPYRIGHT The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed and NOT sold. This Agreement grants you the right to install and use the Software on your computer. You may evaluate the Software for a continuous 30 days from the date of installation, after which part or all of the functionalities will be disabled. You need license file(s) and/or registration codes to unlock the software. GRANT OF LICENSE The author hereby grants the end user non-exclusive right to use one copy of the software by the end user personally on one computer. All other rights not expressly granted are reserved by the author. The end user may store one or more copies of the software offline, on secondary storage media (i.e. tape, diskette) for backup purposes. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY There is no Limited Warranty or product support for unregistered users of the Software. This software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. The author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages and losses, whether based on contract, tort or any other legal theory, arising out of any use or misuse of the Software or any sequential damages including but not limited to the distribution of the files created by the Software. The end user agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the author from and against any claims or lawsuits, including Attorney's fees, that arise or result from any loss, damage, or liability in any form. PERFORMANCE The author does not guarantee there are no imperfections or errors in the Software. The Software will not intentionally cause any malicious behavior. The Software may not be able to process all JPG/JPEG files. The Software creates and maintains certain Registry entries for the sole purpose of product usage and registration information management. PRIVACY PROTECTION Any personal information disclosed to the author as a result of registration will be held confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party for commercial or non-profit purposes. NO REFUND No refund is given at any time, unless authorized by the author, under circumstances such as the licensing mechanism fails to work, the Software's performance no longer meet the need within one month of the purchase due to changes in computing environment, etc. You should contact the author to see if you qualify. DISTRIBUTION The end user may not charge or receive any consideration from any other person for the receipt or use of the Software without receiving the author's prior written consent. If the end user wish to include the Software as part of a "shareware compilation", please contact the author for written consent. The end user may not: modify, translate, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based upon the Software. The end user agrees to use his/her best efforts to see that any user of the Software licensed hereunder complies with this Agreement.
