PhraseExpress manages frequently used text snippets for quick insertion into any program. Text snippets and canned responses are organized in a customizable folder structure and can be triggered by hotkeys or by entering text abbreviations. Phrase menus save users from memorizing trigger shortcuts by suggesting phrases after typing the first letters of the desired text. Text snippets can be restricted to specific programs or users, workgroups or domains. The Clipboard Manager keeps a history of clipboard contents for later access. Powerful macro functions can add dynamic contents to static phrases such as the current date, counters or additional manual input. Conditional statements, loops, variables and string operations enable users to create advanced text automation procedures. PhraseExpress can import external text, bitmap, Excel, Word files, Outlook emails with powerful text analysis algorithms. The optional portable edition can be executed from USB thumb drive. A freeware edition is free-of-charge for personal users.
