In the event a defect occurs in material or workmanship within the warranty period, Plexis Software Systems will replace the defective physical distribution media or documentation. Plexis Software Systems entire liability and your sole and exclusive remedy shall be the defective physical distribution media or documentation. Plexis Software Systems makes no other warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
