PopChat is the FreeWare Client side of an IRC style chat server system that works over a LAN or the Internet. The Client is provided as Freeware in order to try the server (PopServ) before you register for a copy. PopChat requirs no port forwarding only that you allow it as an exception and stop blocking in Windows XP firewall Alerts.
