PopNote is a small yet robust PRIVATE (no 3rd party servers involved) Instant Messaging communication client that works across LAN's or the Internet. PopNote sends an instant PRIVATE message that will pop up on the destination's Desktop. One PopNote advantages is that PopNote runs independent of remote 3rd party servers that kill the client when they go offline. PopNote will frequently work when local ISP's have DNS problems.
