END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Power Sayings SOFTWARE This is a legal document. Please read this document carefully before continuing with this software install. This license provides important information concerning the Software, provides you with a license to use the Software and contains warranty and liability information. By using the Software, you are accepting it “as is” and agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not wish to be legally bound by this agreement, do not install or use the Software. 1. Definitions Licensor – Max Pidkova. Licensor’s web site – www.powersayings.com. Licensee – the individual or legal entity who has obtained a valid license key for the software. License Key – a unique key-code that enables a single authorized user to use the software. Only the licensor and/or its representatives are permitted to produce license keys for the software. Authorized User – a) if Licensee is an individual, solely Licensee; b) if Licensee is a legal entity, any employee, independent contractor and other temporary worker authorized by Licensee to use the Software while performing duties within the scope of their employment or assignment. Software – the software program known as Power Sayings, including its documentation, any third party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than Licensor and that are either integrated with or made part of Power Sayings (collectively, "Third Party Software"). 2. Terms of License This Software is distributed as try before you buy. This means that you may use all the features of the Software during its trial period for free. Upon expiration of the trial period, the Software will continue to operate with reduced functionality. The duration of the trial period is as marketed by Licensor, indicated during installation, specified in the Software documentation, or displayed on the Software user interface. If you wish to use all the features of the Software you must purchase a License Key. Your License Key allows you to: a) Use the Software on a single computer and single user account; b) Make one (1) copy of the Software for back‑up purposes. If you wish to use the Software on more than one computer or more than one Windows® user account, you must purchase another License Key for each computer/account on which you want to use the Software. 3. Restrictions on Use You may not distribute registered copies of the Software or License Keys to third parties. Trial versions available for download from Licensor’s web site may be freely distributed. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, include in other software, or translate the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
