A license permits you to use PR-Tracker and PR-Tracker Web Client on a computer network, an intranet or the internet. The number of users authorized to use these products is shown above and is governed by the accompanying registration number and license code. This license allows you to have one, and only one, copy of the PR-Tracker key file PRTRACKER.KEY. Copies of PRTRACKER.KEY may be made only for archival or backup purposes. You may install PR-Tracker to as many computers as you like provided that only authorized users use the program. Note: This software is licensed to users, not to computers. RESTRICTIONS. The users that are authorized to use PR-Tracker must be listed specifically in the User Setup dialog of PR-Tracker. You may not rent or lease PR-Tracker. You may transfer the right to use PR-Tracker from one user within an organization to another user within the same organization on a permanent basis. A license is not transferable from one company to another except in the case of a merger. COPYRIGHT. PR-Tracker is owned by Softwise Company and is protected United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions. LIMITED WARRANTY. Softwise Company makes no representation or warranty regarding the results obtainable through use of this software. CUSTOMER REMEDIES. Softwise Companys entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be at Softwise Company's option, either (a) return of the price paid or (b) none. NO OTHER WARRANTIES. Softwise Company disclaims all other warranties with respect to PR-Tracker, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
