RealTime Standard uses a Punch Editing screen that allows you to modify, add, or remove any punches necessary. You will appreciate that fact that RealTime Standard provides instant feedback of the calculated totals during the edit process. In addition, you have the ability to make a timecard adjustment for any employee. Enter the desired paid holidays and RealTime will automatically generate PTO (Paid Time Off) for employees when the holiday date arrives. Assign each employee to a department and then use that department information in your reports and exports. Several reports are designed into RealTime Standard, including Time Cards, Early, Late, Approaching Overtime and several others. Reports can be filtered based on employee, department or shift selections. Built in exports include QuickBooks, PayPlus, SLS Triad, PayChex and others. Besides exports that are formatted for a specific payroll product, RealTime Standard can create a comma separated text file as well, so that you can make manipulate it yourself for your own payroll software.
