Makes editing your computer's settings easy! After installing this software, your desktop will contain a new item named "Registry". It enables you to explore your computer just like your file system, instead of using regedit. Drag&drop and copy/paste are fully supported. The software will enable you to create shortcuts to a registry key and to add registry keys to your favorites. New in version 1.1: Registry Explorer now has a fully functional search function. You can now type registry keys in the address bar in an URL form, or even link to a registry key from a web page. Try this one: reg://HKLM/SOFTWARE In Windows 2000, you can edit a key's security just like in regedt32. New in version 1.2: This version lets you create reg files that delete the selected keys or velues instead of adding them. You can now move the registry icon to my computer, control panel or any file system.directory. The context menu for a registry key now has Copy key name and Copy full kay name options. You can now open a registry key from Start/Run by typing the name of the key.
