The Right File Auditor is a verification and audit tool for data files. This easy to use tool helps you to save data correct by performing a few user defined checks like data type checks, column-to-column dependency check or regular expression matching. For example, you can specify that 'Hire Date' column must be less than 'Release Date' and 'Discount' must be a number between 0 and 70. Also, the program supports a few well known data formats like URL, e-mail, IP address, phone number, ZIP code, SSN, etc. The Right File Auditor is most suitable to verify manually entered data and files received from external sources: public storages, partners, agents, etc. The tool supports three source file formats: tab-delimited, comma separated values and file with custom separators. The auditor creates HTML, plain text or Excel compatible data verification report. License Agreement is a legal agreement between the end-user and AllDataRight Lab. By installing or otherwise using Right File Auditor, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of License Agreement, please do not install or use Right File Auditor. General Information 1. AllDataRight Lab is exclusive owner of all Right File Auditor copyrights. The product is licensed, not sold. Right File Auditor is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties. 2. Demo version. Anyone may install and use demo version of Right File Auditor for evaluation and testing purposes. 3. Commercial version. You may install and use one copy of Right File Auditor on a single computer. The primary user of the computer on which Right File Auditor is installed may make a second copy for his or her exclusive use on a portable computer. 4. You may not reverse engineer, modify, decompile, or disassemble Right File Auditor. The Software Product is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. 5. You may not rent, lease, or lend Right File Auditor. Also, You may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value, Right File Auditor. 6. Without prejudice to any other rights, AllDataRight Lab may terminate this License Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this license, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of Right File Auditor (including all component parts), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license. 8. Support and Upgrades During 3 months for Standard edition or one year for Professional after ordering any license you are entitled to free technical services and support for Right File Auditor which is provided to you by AllDataRight Lab. During this period, e-mail support is unlimited and includes technical and support questions. Also, during one year, you may access to free updates to Right File Auditor when and as AllDataRight Lab publishes them on www.alldataright.com. After end of the described period you may continue to use the software product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement except free support and upgrades. After end of the free support and updates period (one year), you may purchase annual Upgrade and Support subscription. If you ordered a few licenses, you will access to free upgrade and support period and will use subscriptions independently.
