This License Agreement Is A Legal Agreement between: a. Paul Roberts (trading as 'ROBO Design Solutions') who made this software for the User. b. the User of this software. The User by virtue of installing the ROBO Bill of Materials software agree to the terms of this agreement. ROBO Design Solutions grant the User a license to copy and make multiple 30 day trial copies of this software but not to sell it, or offer the authorization code to a third party. Also the unlocking code is to be used for one computer only. For multiple copies an additional unlocking code is needed per each additional computer. FURTHER License Restrictions The User agrees: *To not modify the software or any part of the software, except the configuration. *To not reverse engineer, reverse assemble, reverse compile disassemble or decompile all or part of the software or directly or indirectly allow or cause a third party to do so. *The software is provided on an 'as is' basis. That the use of the software is at your sole risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage to any computer system. *To indemnify ROBO Design Solutions and ROBO Design against any damages (including costs) that may be awarded against it in respect to any claim or action.
