This program is totally free. You have only to specify your account Gmail like user and password. If you search a tool to export all your contacts in your Gmail accounts, you have found the right tool! If you have for example 100 gmail account, you can have some problem managing them. This program will read all the new messages in your inbox. So this program is useful to check in some nanoseconds your mails. You can save all account you want, without insert every time the user and password. The big advantage is that the program don’t take resourse in your system. It is a little but big utility that allows you to send/check your gmail messages very simply. 1) Insert your User and password and press Read Gmail! Your Account will be inserted in Manage Account. 2) You can edit your account in Manage Account 3) To read new mails of an account , in Manage Account, press with right click mouse Read Mail on the account row 4) To read sent mails, click on Sent Mails and press read 5) To add a new account you need only insert User and password and this account will be inserted automatically 6) To edit account info press manage account and edit your account info, that’s all to save your information 7) To send mail press “send mail” in list mails with right mouse click and after press send With RGT you can import your all your contact from all your account, then you can use to send directly mails or to save in a comfortable format like CSV to read in excel. You have a complete management of your contacts, in fact you can filter all your contact to export only that you want. This tool has an intern SMTP tool to send mails.
