The Sarcasm-O-Meter application has a comprehensive settings page where you can create your own "meter" and there are a lot of tweakable parameters. You can even set the limits of the sarcasm between 0 and 110% to make sure that you show the "correct" amount. But Wait! There's Even Even More! The app also comes with presets such as Geek-O-Meter, Smart-O-Meter, Any-O-Meter, etc...
