How to INSTALL: tap 'home', 'menu', 'add', select 'widgets', select ScratchPad

This is a widget, and there is no launcher icon. Widgets go on your homescreen by long-pressing an empty area and tapping 'widget'. Once it is on your homescreen, tap the widget to edit it.
