USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR ALLIGATOR FLASH DESIGNER SOFTWARE This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you ("LICENSEE") (either an individual or a single entity) and SELTECO for the software product Alligator Flash Designer, which includes computer software and electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the SOFTWARE. LICENSE GRANT Selteco grants you the right to install and use the product on your own computer. EVALUATION This product may be evaluated free of charge without registration. COMMERCIAL USE Commercial use of the product requires product activation with a serial number issued by Selteco. SINGLE SEAT LICENSE You may not use the same serial number to activate the product on different computers. ACTIVATION KEY ISSUER Selteco is the only entity allowed to generate activation numbers for the product. You may not share your serial number after registration. RESTRICTIONS You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE (except to the extent applicable laws specifically prohibit such restriction). You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels on the SOFTWARE. TERMINATION SELTECO may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
