Shortcut Launcher provides a more convenient way of running programs than by using the Windows Start Menu or having your desktop cluttered with icons. Shortcut Launcher runs in the Windows TaskBar. It shows all shortcuts arranged in tabs in a resizable window and works as a Program Launcher.
