SimpleQC is an image thumbnail viewer designed to quickly view and scroll through large numbers of images for quality control purposes. Unlike most thumbnail viewers that are designed for photos, SimpleQC is designed specifically for multi-page TIFF document images. Also, unlike most document imaging quality control applications, SimpleIndex is affordable and works with any images stored on your network. With SimpleQC you can view thumbnails of many individual files or pages within a multi-page TIFF file simultaneously. Quickly switch between folders, select pages and perform rotation, deskew, despeckle or delete on all selected pages at once. Users can also reorder pages within a file or between files, and rescan pages that are illegible. SimpleQC is designed to work as a standalone application or seamlessly integrated with SimpleIndex scanning and indexing software. The main design goal of SimpleQC is speed and efficiency with multi-page files. It loads thumbnail images very quickly, especially with multi-page, black white document images. SimpleQCs efficiency comes from its keyboard shortcuts. Virtually all functions can be executed with a single keystroke, allowing users to very quickly view and edit thumbnails without ever reaching for the mouse. The productivity benefits of this design are significant. Besides viewing thumbnails, SimpleQC can perform a variety of common quality-control related tasks on images. SimpleQC 3.x LICENSE AGREEMENT This is a legal agreement between you, the Client, and META ENTERPRISES, LLC dba Simple Software (SimpleSoft). BY INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE APPLICATION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO INSTALL THE SOFTWARE. Enclosed with this software application is a copy of a copyright computer program (the Program) and a copy of a copyrighted users manual (the Users manual) known as SimpleQC. Client is granted a non-exclusive license to utilize the Program and the Users Manual. This limited, non-exclusive license extended by SimpleSoft to the Client authorizes such Client only: (I) To load a copy of the Program into the volatile memory of a micro-computer owned by the Client as necessary for the purpose of the use of such Program; (ii) To use the copy so loaded for its intended purpose; and IN NO EVENT SHALL SIMPLESOFT BE LIABLE TO CLIENT FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, LOST DATA, OR THERE INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE SUCH DAMAGES OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY. Client may not sub-license, assign, or transfer the license, the Program, or the Users Manual. Any attempt to sub-license, assign, or transfer any of the rights, duties, or obligations hereunder is void. Client may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to reverse engineer the Program. CLIENT ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT HAS READ THIS AGREEMENT, AND UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. CLIENT FURTHER AGREES THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN CLIENT AND SIMPLESOFT, WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL, OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATIONS RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
