License for using the program Sky Commander (hereinafter Product). This Agreement is made between the NMZ Labs company (hereinafter Owner) and a person or entity using Software Product in any manner (hereinafter User). This license agreement is made effective when User starts using Product. A registered user is a legal entity or person using Product in any manner and having purchased a license for Product from Owner or from one of Owners dealers (partners). An unregistered user is a legal entity of a person using Product in any manner without having purchased a license for Product. Owner grants an unregistered user the right to use Product for 30 days after this license agreement is made effective provided that the unregistered user observes the terms and conditions of this Agreement. After 30 days expire, an unregistered user must pay for a license for Product and become a registered user or cease to use Product. A registered user may use Product without any time limitations provided that he or she observes the terms and conditions of this Agreement. User may use Product in the following ways: - Start Product on Users computer - Create as many backup copies of the Product distribution package as needed provided that the distribution package is not modified. - Distribute the Product distribution package among other legal entities and persons using the Internet, LAN, on any media and in any other manner provided that the Product distribution package is not modified. User may not use Product in any other manner.
