LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR KIDWORD 1. THE SOFTWARE. The Software licensed under this agreement is the computer program SSS Kidword, which consists of executable files, data files, icon files and documentation. 2.1. GRANT OF LICENSE. SSS Kidword is provided to you as (Demo) Shareware version. When you are satisfied with its performance in all respects you may purchase license from SSS Labs and make it Registered Version. SSS Labs grants you the right to the use Software in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may load the software into RAM as well as install it on a hard disk or other storage device. You may not modify, translate, disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile. 2.2. SHAREWARE VERSION LICENSE. You may evaluate the SHAREWARE version for maximum of thirty calendar days, after which you must register the Software or remove it from your computer. You may distribute copies of the SHAREWARE version of the Software freely to other users, provided that any copy must contain the original, unaltered files and proprietary notices. You can register the SHAREWARE version at any time by purchasing registration codes from SSS Labs. This will convert the Software into the registered version, and the Registered Version License below will then apply. 2.3. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE. Please purchase the Software license from SSS Labs and you will receive personal registration codes that will enable you unlock the Shareware version of the Software into full registered version.
