Swachha Bengaluru Mobile App is a step forward from BBMP Sahaaya, specifically designed for addressing Waste Management issues within Bangalore. Through this App, citizen’s requests reaches out to BBMP officials directly at the ward level and Officers to use the same Mobile App to view requests, update the request with resolution. App provides end-to-end process for addressing citizen requests related to Solid Waste Management. Through this App, it would enable citizen participation and complement BBMP’s efforts in Waste Management. As required, BBMP may communicate to public through App on awareness and preparation for Waste segregation and other initiatives. BBMP SWM Cell monitors and drives for actions on these requests across BBMP.
