SysCheckUp End User License Agreement (EULA) Epiphany Software hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use SysCheckUp. For evaluation, the license is granted, and is time-limited. For a licensed version, you must pay a license fee, by following instructions prompted by the program. You may: - use SysCheckUp on any single computer - use SysCheckUp on a second computer so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person and more than one copy is not simultaneously used - copy SysCheckUp for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original software's proprietary notices You may not: - permit other individuals to use SysCheckUp except under the terms listed above - create derivative works based on SysCheckUp - copy SysCheckUp (except as specified above) - rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to SysCheckUp - remove any proprietary notices or labels on SysCheckUp - work around any technical limitations in the software - reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation - make more copies of the software than specified in this agreement or allowed by applicable law, despite this limitation - publish the software for others to copy - rent, lease or lend the software - transfer the software or this agreement to any third party - use the software for commercial software hosting services Time-Sensitive Software SysCheckUp will stop running thirty days after you install it. Should SysCheckUp prove defective, you and not Epiphany Software assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
