Q: Is the Define serial and pins function same on app and official website?A: Yes, you can choose to define your pins and Serial baud rate from either the app or the official website, the result will be the same. And if you´we defined your pins before installing the app, no need to do this again.
Q: How do I use the "Use for serial" input?A: This is useful If you want to control a second Arduino-unit (Ex. RF-transmitting for your home automation system) which is connected to your Teleduino-controlled unit with a serial connection. In the "String to send" field, enter the string you want your Teleduino unit to send to your second unit. For example: Enter "LightOn" (without the quotes) and tick the Send CR box if you wan´t a CR to be sent after the string. A click on the configured button will now send the string "LightOn" on the TX-pin of your Teleduino unit, the second unit should now be programmed to do a certain task when it recieves the string "LightOn" from the serial port, for example sending an RF-code to turn the lights on at home.
