Provides a permanent notification of the phone's signal strength on a wifi tethered tablet.

Instructions:Install app on both the phone and the tablet. - On the phone, click 'Start provider server' - On the tablet, click 'Start reader notification'When the tablet is tethered to the phone the tablet will show the signal strength on a notification icon.
