The Single Server License ("TimeFlow Server") allows use of the Software on one (1) server in your organization. A Single Server License ("TimeFlow Server") is required for each additional server. Each license covers only one server ("TimeFlow Server") machine, irrespective of the number of CPUs and the number of accessing Clients ("TimeFlow Client"). Unlimited Client ("TimeFlow Client") licenses are granted with the purchase of a Single Server License ("TimeFlow Server") provided that they are used to access only that Server ("TimeFlow Server"). 2) OTHER RESTRICTIONS: You acknowledge that you do not become the owner of the TimeFlow Time Clock Software (software, programs and/or documentation).
