By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. To use this program after the trial period you should register your copy. 2) Full UFOrce Drive - Registration is required. This version supports different skill levels, saving results on disk, no remainder windows and other features disabled in the trial version. There are no time or function limitations of the program under this license. The goal of the trial period is to ensure that all the SOFTWARE PRODUCT functions are as advertised. By registering this PRODUCT you certify that you are satisfied with the PRODUCT features. All claims concerning your inability to use the PRODUCT, except those related to the registration procedure itself, are to be laid before the purchase. You will be asked to provide your name and a valid e-mail address to ensure appropriate registration procedure and key generation. For the purpose of upgrade products only, "HARDWARE" shall mean the computer system or computer system component with which you received the Eligible Product. USE OF ADVERTISING The evaluation version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supported by advertising which will appear during application use. At any time, you can order a registration-key which will add features to the software and remove the advertising. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT OR THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES, EVEN IF THE MANUFACTURER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
