If you do not have the trial version, see the UIFriend Standard Software License Agreement. INTREPIX LLC IS WILLING TO LICENSE THIS SOFTWARE TO YOU ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT. This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual end-user or an entity) and Intrepix LLC. By installing, using, transmitting, copying or distributing this Software, you acknowledge that you have read this license agreement, that you understand it and that you agree to be bound by its terms. Upon notification of termination, you agree to destroy all copies of the Software and Documentation. 12. Agents and Third Party Purchases If you are acquiring the Software on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind the party or entity for which you are acquiring the Software to the terms and conditions of this License Agreement. 13. General This License Agreement shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Ohio without regard to conflicts of law provisions thereof. The exclusive forum for any disputes arising out of or relating to this License Agreement shall be an appropriate court sitting in the state of Ohio in the United States of America. This License Agreement shall constitute the entire Agreement between the parties hereto. If any part of this License Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the provision of the License Agreement shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to reasonably affect the intention of the parties and the remainder of this License Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
