UniSender is a web based email marketing service. It is intended to deliver e-mail messages to the recipients confirmed their decision to receive newsletters. The UniSender users may: 1. Create and edit e-mail messages; 2. Create and manage mailing lists; 3. Send personalized e-mail messages to the lists of confirmed e-mail addresses; 4. Collect statistics about the sent messages. UniSender is not a free service, one of tariff plans should be selected to use the service. We reserve the right to change tariff plans with prior 30-day notification on our site. We require 100% pre-payment for our services. UniSender reserves the right to decline sending newsletter looking like SPAM without any explanation. Mailing is available only to the recipients who opted in. The possible sources of such lists are: 1. Lists of contacts collected on your site (and confirmed using double opt-in); 2. Lists of contacts collected via the e-mail subscription (and confirmed using double opt-in); 3. Manually created mailing lists based on paper forms, survey, etc. Such forms must contain a check box that the client want to receive newsletters from you. We never deliver mail to the following mailing lists: 1. Purchased lists; 2. Rented lists; 3. Automatically collected lists (with e-mail extraction software). Each UniSender customer must compose e-mail using the following rules 1. E-mail messages must contain a visible link to cancel subscription; 2. E-mail messages must contain contact information of the sender (company name, postal address and the phone number). UniSender cannot be used to broadcast the following information: 1. False of illegal information; 2. Pornography; 3. Lotteries; 4. Replicas of watches, drugs, wear, etc; 5. Messages violating copyrights, trademarks, etc. The user agrees to receive e-mail newsletters from UniSender.
