License Agreement VSetup is not free software. The software is the property of Commercial Research Ltd.. You are granted a license giving limited rights to use the software under the following conditions: 1) This software is provided as is. All responsibility for determining fitness of purpose rests with you, the user, for which purpose the free evaluation period is provided. On registration, the user is deemed to have agreed that the software is fit for the intended purpose of use, and no refund of the registration fee shall be entertained thereafter, for whatever reason. 2) No liability is accepted for any loss or damage or consequential loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the use of the software or for any other reason. It is entirely your responsibility to take all necessary precautions to safeguard against any such loss or damage before, during and after the evaluation period. 3) You are granted a free license to use the software solely and exclusively for the purposes of evaluation, for a period of not exceeding 28 days. On the expiry of this period, you agree to either a) register the software, or b) cease using the software and any programs created using it, and to delete all copies of the software from your system. 4) Registration will be made on the basis of one license per non-networked system on which the software is installed.
