Wayside Memorialsis an index to a huge number of special American locations. Starting from large databases of locations from years of Federal Government highway fatality reports, the number of Wayside Memorials has grown and is now approaching 200,000. Messages commemorating the special locations are indexed for activation and display as GPS aware smart devices approach.
This version shows the structure of the index: Wayside Memorial ID, the status, and the latitude and longitude. These virtual roadside crosses are near the intersection of El Camino and Page Mill Roads in Palo Alto, Ca.
The side www.cactusmitch.info has a search facility that will display the Wayside Memorials near any desired American location.
