Winamp is a free multimedia player made by Nullsoft supporting numerous audio and video formats. It can also play streamed video and audio content, live or recorded, authored all over the world. It has a very customizable media library allowing the user to rip and burn any music CDs. The application also has thousands of skins and plug-ins supported which allow users to change the appearance of the player as well as adding new features to it. Winamp also has access to thousands of free songs, videos and online radio stations from SHOUTcast Radio and AOL Radio with XM.
