Webtechserve's entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be the replacement of the Software if the media on which the Software is furnished proves to be defective. This warranty is void if the media defect has resulted from accident, abuse, misapplication or unauthorized modification. Any replacement of media will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period of thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Any claim arising out of this Agreement will be brought in the Republic of India and in this regard, all parties will submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian Courts.
