You are allowed to copy this free version and give it to any other person, as long as it is not modified in any way. If you would like to use it with full set of features you must register it. The free version allows sending 100 e-mails or unlimited e-mails with text banners in the bottom. Registered version allows sending unlimited e-mails without text banners in the bottom. Registered version The registered version may be installed on as many computers as you purchased licenses for. Major changes in hardware, e.g. replacing your harddisk with a new one, may require you to purchase an additional user license. Usage X-Mailer Direct may not be used for spam or any illegal purposes. X-mailer.com will assist any legal authority in the prevention of spamming, if X-Mailer Direct is being used for such purposes. If a registered version has been used for spamming, the license expires immediately without refund. Upgrade Policy All registered users of X-Mailer Direct are guaranteed to receive all future minor and major updates of the program free of charge for a minimum of one year after the date of purchase. After the period of one year minor updates will still be available for free. All upgrades will be made available for electronic download. Liability We try to keep our software as bug-free as possible. But its a general rule (Murphys), that no software ever is error free, and the number of errors increases with the complexity of the program. Thats why we cannot guarantee that this software will run in every environment, on any Windows compatible machine, together with any other application, without producing errors.
