A ZIP is a compression technique used to compress one or more files into a single file; this technique is usually used to save memory on a computer hard disk or to send files via internet. The main advantages of using this technique is that it gradually decreases transmission time, protects data from deadly viruses and data in these files can be password protected. You hereby irrevocably attorn and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the court of Karnataka, Bangalore, Republic of India and any competent Courts of Appeal there from. If any provision shall be considered unlawful, void or otherwise unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this license and not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.
