How it works Step 1: Open the Zoho Assist - Technician app. Enter the customer's email address to invite them to the remote support session. Alternatively, you can copy and send them the URL directly. Step 2: The customer will be connected to the session once they click the invitation URL. Now you'll be able to see what the customers see. And also remotely control the customer's computer. Step 3: Chat with the customer provide guidance. You can also choose to invite another technician to troubleshoot the issue together.     We now support the View-Only mode feature. With View-only mode, for every remote session, the customer can decide to provide remote control access if the device is supported. We have also fixed some bugs and issues.

    We have fixed hardware keyboard-related issues and a few minor bugs we found. Also you can access special keys with more ease now. With the long press option to lock a special key, actions such as switching between tabs have never been more effortless. You can also lock multiple keys which correspond to holding down on the keys in a regular keyboard. To release a button, simply tap it again.
