BitRule is a free screen measurement tool. Simply click on two points to get their horizontal, vertical and diagonal separation, as well as the angle of the diagonal to the horizontal. BitRule avoids the clumsiness of applications that mimic real rules and calipers. A simple calibration adapts BitRule to any sized monitor. Length measurements are in pixels, inches, centimeters, and picas.
