Boa Constrictor is a great arcade game, which is based upon the good old SnakePit, and adds a host of new features and tricks. Two-player mode is provided. Several dozen of labyrinth rooms are available in full version, as well as different skill levels and playing modes. Boa's goal is to gobble everything eatable in the maze, trying not to run into dangerous walls and snakes. When the meal is over and nothing left to eat, a portal to the next level is opened. Every time Boa eats one food item, it grows by one segment. If you feel it has become too long and unwieldy, try to bite off the last segment of its tail. The two week's trial period is free. In the registered game: three skill levels of different difficulty, even kids can have fun; three different playing modes for every taste; dozens of rooms and labyrinths; tune various options to your taste; your best results are saved, and can take part in the Web-contest for top players; runs on Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP; free technical support by e-mail; upgrage to new versions is free for registered users. Both installer and uninstaller are included. All your best results are submitted to the server and take part in the World-wide contest.

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR Boa Constrictor IMPORTANT NOTICE. This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Icestone Trustee Limited concerning the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include printed materials, on-line and other electronic documentation ("SOFTWARE PRODUCT"). The SOFTWARE PRODUCT also includes any updates and supplements to the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT provided to you. By installing, copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This SOFTWARE PRODUCT is distributed under two level licensing scheme: 1) Free Boa Constrictor - No registration or payment is required. Under this license you obtain the right to evaluate this game for two weeks. The remainder window will be shown at predefined intervals. To use this program after the trial period you should register your copy. 2) Full Boa Constrictor - Registration is required. This version supports different playing modes, saving results on disk, no remainder windows and other features disabled in the trial version. There are no time or function limitations of the program under this license. The following applies to all the licensing schemes: (a) Software Installation and Use. You may install and use one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("COMPUTER"). (b) Storage/Network Use. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT may not be installed, accessed, displayed, run, shared or used concurrently on or from different computers, including a workstation, terminal or other digital electronic device ("Devices"). (c) Back-up Copy. You may create a single back-up copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for archival purposes. You may use it in the case if the original SOFTWARE PRODUCT was damaged due to hardware or software failure. (d) Reverse Engineering. You agree that you will not attempt to reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the SOFTWARE in whole or in part. All title and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable copyright or other intellectual property laws and treaties. This EULA grants you no rights to use such content. All rights not expressly granted under this EULA are reserved by the Icestone Trustee Limited and its suppliers. 4. USE OF ADVERTISING The evaluation version of SOFTWARE PRODUCT is supported by advertising which will appear during application use. At any time, you can order a registration-key which will add features to the software and remove the advertising. You will be asked to provide the valid e-mail address to ensure appropriate registration procedure and key generation. This address will in no event be used for any other purpose save herein stated without your explicit permission. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
