CodeTwo Attach Unblocker allows fast and convenient configuration of Microsoft Outlook to unblock attachments blocked by Outlook by default (for example, .exe, .url, .reg files). The program is setup directly in Microsoft Outlook, which ensures quick and convenient editing. From Microsoft Office 2000 with Service Pack 2 version (E-mail Security Update) onwards, Outlook has not allowed opening some attachment types due to safety reasons. These attachments are considered to be potentially dangerous as they may contain viruses or can damage the system. A dangerous attachment can neither be opened, nor saved on the hard disk. It will also be deleted while attempting to forward the message. Therefore, it is not possible to read such an attachment in Outlook. CodeTwo Attach Unblocker will enable you to read all previously blocked attachments. In order to define the attachment types that should not be blocked, in Outlook 2007 and older versions, click on the Attach Unblocker button that is placed in the main toolbar. If you use Outlook 2010 click on the same button on the ribbon. In the textfield, enter the file extension (the attachment type) you wish to unblock and click Add. The file extension will be added to the Unblocked attachments list and after restarting Outlook attachments of that type will no longer be blocked and you will be able to save them on your hard drive. More than one type of attachment can be entered in one edit field by separating the types with a semicolon. The types are not case sensitive. The latest version of CodeTwo Attach Unblocker has one installation file that automatically checks bit version of your Outlook and installs accordingly to it. The program in the new version can be running when Outlook is switched off. It has got a brand new, nice UI. The applications automatically recognizes bit version of Outlook (64bit or 32bit) and installs accordingly to it. The License Agreement concerning the CodeTwo Software (hereinafter referred to as the Software) 1. The Software is a property of CodeTwo and is protected by the copyright and the international copyright together with other legal regulations protecting the intellectual property. The Software is not subject to sale but to licensing only. 2. This license is a legally binding agreement between the user (both a physical person and a legal person) and CodeTwo on using the Software. The term Software' covers a computer program, any related media, printed materials (if any) as well as electronic and paper documentation. By installing the Software, the user declares to be bound by the provisions hereof. If the user does not accept the terms of this agreement, he shall not be authorized to install and use the Software. 3. This Software license is free of charge (freeware). The user has a right to install and use the Software in an unmodified form executable on any number of computers without any charges. 4. Any liability of the manufacturer shall be restricted to the amount paid by the user for the Software. 12. The user shall be held liable for any damage occurring on the part of the manufacturer as a result of any violation of the copyrights. 13. The manufacturer reserves the right to claim pecuniary indemnity or/and to bring the case to the court in the event of any violation of the copyrights or using the software contrary to the license agreement. 14. Provisions of the Civil Code shall apply to any matters not governed by this agreement. 15. If any provisions of this agreement should be deemed unenforceable or invalid, the other provisions of this agreement shall remain effective. 16.
