Since all that information can be exported (rtf, html, csv, rtf, xls file formats are supported), information about your collection can then be posted in the Internet for others to see or e-mailed to fellow collectors. Built-in report generator lets you to create and print reports, item lists and collection catalogs. A free Collmate Report Designer add-on will do the job of designing a report perfectly. As previously mentioned, Collmate supports multiple collections, so one can split items into logical groups, like US coins, foreign bills, precious metals coins, phased out currencies. Another great feature of the program is its address book (contacts list). You can enter names, e-mails, phone numbers and other contact information of fellow collectors, traders and dealers here. The program can automatically display all recent additions to your collection. Big size collections with hundreds and thousands of items can be managed by Collmate too. With own built in search engine, any item can be found within seconds. The loan manager instantly shows which items are on loan, who borrowed them and when they should be returned.

Collmate End-User License Agreement This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you (individual or single entity) and Sidency Softworks (the "AUTHOR") for the Sidency Softworks software (the "SOFTWARE") that is accompanying this AGREEMENT. Installing and using SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT. If you do not agree with the below listed terms of this AGREEMENT, you must remove SOFTWARE files from your storage devices and cease to use it. This version of SOFTWARE is distributed as SHAREWARE. The "SHAREWARE" means a trial/limited version of SOFTWARE. TRIAL VERSION - This SOFTWARE is not freeware. You may install the trial version of the SOFTWARE to test and evaluate it for 30 days.
