These terms and conditions apply to the Chestysoft csXMultiUpload programme and any accompanying documentation (referred to as "the software"). By installing the software, you are considered to have agreed to the terms and conditions. This licence grants you, the licence holder, a non-exclusive licence to EITHER install and use the software on a single web site for use as a client side control. The OCX file, csXMultiUpload.ocx, may be freely distributed but the licence file, csXMultiUpload.lic, may not be distributed. The licence file may be added to a single Licence Package File (.lpk) and installed on the web site. Alternatively, one copy of the licence file may be copied to a single client computer. OR install and use the software for the development of applications, on a single computer. Only a single copy of the licence file, csXMultiUpload.lic, is permitted and this file must not be distributed with any application. The OCX file, csXMultiUpload.ocx, may be included as part of a distributed application and there is no limit to the number of applications which may be distributed. The software is the intellectual property of Chestysoft, and may not be copied except for backup purposes and for installation and distribution as described above.
