SyncTime Express is a complete and affordable project / time management tool that lets you track billable time per project, task, and client. Run the application on your PC to gain valuable insight into the working time required for past projects in order to better plan future projects. Use the automatic software stopwatch to record each business activity. It runs in the background on your desktop. Simply select the project/task, and click Start or Stop. Then switch to the next task. The application does everything else, automatically updating your timecard! It includes an option to manually edit the timecard. Set up projects with pre-defined statuses, such as ‘Not Started,’ ‘In-Process,’ ‘Completed,’ ‘Cancelled,’ or ‘Closed.’ Filter your timecard based on a particular status. Know when each status was started and completed along with its current status. A graphical red bar shows each task’s progress. Equipped with every task is a pop-up calendar that uses color flag indicators to show how much time you’ve logged against each task. You can log all business expenses and write-offs too. Also, track your employees’ (e.g., contractors, interns, etc.) working time to view individual work output. Easily edit and send graphical timesheets to clients or HR personnel on a weekly or monthly basis to avoid under-billing or over-billing of hours for invoicing. Print, email or export your timecard. Choose from a number of different timecard templates, or customize your own. View, filter and save report data. Know how many hours were involved for different tasks for a client/project to provide more accurate project time estimates. SyncTime Express runs on Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. It is designed primarily for independent contractors, law firms, design firms, and small-to-medium sized companies that desire a quick and easy way to track time for clients and projects.
