ezyInventory is a Windows application that allows business and home PC users to document possessions with unlimited items. User-friendly Explorer-style interface, it is multi-user and password protected. Invaluable for insurance purposes in the case of theft or loss due to natural disaster. ezyInventory is designed to help you keep track of your valuables, household items or collectibles. It lets you create an electrical catalog of your possessions with unlimited items. For each item, you can store its name, location, serial number, date purchased, original cost, and notes as well as many other details like specifications, insurance details, valuations and warranties. Easily track repairs and other expenses related to a possession. Keep track of Insurance & Warranties associated with your assets. When logging in get notified which insurance and Warranties will expire in a certain time frame. In built estate planning features, keep track of beneficiaries / heirs and what assets they will inherit. There is a unique copy function to ease data entry. If you have muliple items that are similar just do a copy and all the details, attached documents and specifications will be copied to the new item. Then you can modify the newly created item as required. You can attach photos, invoices, documents, receipts, valuations, URL's or other scanned documents to the an item. Just click on the link to run the program associated with the attachment. ezyInventory has SQL support it lets you manipulate your database of records with powerful standard SQL.(*) The application can import and export csv text files, it has asset auditing to automatically track changes to each asset/item.(*) A set of reports are supplied but you can add to these with our integrated report designer to create and edit your own reports, these can be saved and printed as required.
