Image ROI Analysis software provides an interface to perform probability sampling of pixel colour hues within specific regions of interest which can be defined relative to the input of images. Colours can be defined through a colour manager either individually or by performing interpolation between two or more colours. Image ROI Analysis is a pixel colour probability sampling application where resultant data sets can be exported easily to CSV data file format for further review within spreadsheet software.
