Meet PAI - Personal Activity Intelligence
When it comes to health and fitness, everyone seems to be tracking something. Calories, kilometers, steps, minutes… With all of these metrics, there’s never been a standard for how active you personally need to be to stay healthy – until now.
With PAI, your goal is simple: keep your PAI score above 100 to live healthier, for longer.
PAI takes a personalized approach to activity tracking by providing you with a meaningful yet individual score to maintain. Your PAI score is directly influenced by the amount of activity you get, regardless of what the activity is; if it gets your heart rate up, it counts. By analyzing your heart rate, along with other data like your age and gender, PAI determines whether or not you get enough activity to stay healthy. The result? A single number that provides you with a snapshot of your health.
