PPS Bill Pay has expanded on the way all online Banks and Online bill payment websites work. If a payment can not be ACH''ed to the company, the Bank simply sends a check to the company. All companies accept this form of payment if they accept checks. Most of the clientele have no checking account, therefore they have to purchase a money order, fill it out, and then address an envelope after purchasing a stamp. You may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the software, or any copy, modification, or merged portion, in whole or in part, except as expressly permitted by this agreement. Any portion of the software merged into another program continues to be subject to the terms and conditions of this agreement. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.
