Save your email & attachments. Does it worry you that you have all your email sitting in Outlook? What if Outlook crashes and takes your email with it? Have you backed it up just in case - only to find you now have a huge .pst file? It is great that you have backed it up but what if there is a disk crash that corrupts that one file? One file, one thousand emails. Wouldn't it be great if you could back up individual emails and file them with all of your other documents? You would have the complete history of a project together. You could back the lot up. You could move old documents and old email offline. It doesn't need to clag-up your computer. SaveMail puts YOU in control over YOUR email. With SaveMail, you choose what you want to save, where you want to save it and how you want to save it. Do you like to file things by date? by subject? by who they are from? Your email can be saved with all this information right there in the filename. Would you like to backup your email regularly? SaveMail can be "autorun" from the command line which means you can put a shortcut on your desktop that backs up your mail. Or it can go into the Windows Task Scheduler so it happens even if you forget to click the shortcut! Do you maintain a database or a register of email correspondence? SaveMail will extract key information from Outlook that you could import directly into your register. Wouldn't it be great to not have to enter that sort of information by hand? Tested on Windows XP with Outlook 2003. Free to try on YOUR computer. Limitations: 1. SaveMail saves email from Outlook. You have to have a copy of Outlook. 2. Outlook 2003 requires user agreement to any program, including SaveMail, accessing email information. 3. The Free Edition has limits regarding how it saves email, but still saves an unllimited number of messages.
