The Sheiko program is a powerlifting workout designed by Boris Sheiko, coach of the Russian powerlifting program team since the 1990's. It focuses on the 3 major lifts; Bench, Deadlift, and Squat. This app is designed to make it easier to follow the workout, allowing you to destroy your previous personal bests.     Fixed bug that caused app to crash when using rest timer. App should no longer crash, if app crashes anymore please use the in-app feedback to submit bug report so we can get it fixed!
