This SQLExecMS End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal AGREEMENT between you (either as a registered individual developer or as the registered developer/representative and on behalf of a single entity) and Oleg Dantchenko for the SQLExecMS software product identified above. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SQLExecMS, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, then DO NOT install or use the SQLExecMS. The SQLExecMS is distributed as try-before-you-buy. 1. All copyrights to SQLExecMS are exclusively owned by the author - Oleg Dantchenko. 2. Anyone may use this software during a test period of 30 days. Following this test period of 30 days or less, if you wish to continue to use SQLExecMS, you MUST buy a license. 3. Once licensed, the user(s) is granted a non-exclusive right to use SQLExecMS in way described below a) PERSONAL license: User can use SQLExecMS on one computer, for any legal purpose, at a time.
